The most expensive neighborhoods for condos include Douglasdale-Glen ($573,387.50), Discovery Ridge ($487,000), and Eau Claire ($475,000). Most neighborhoods have seen price increases since 2023, except Eau Claire, which dropped by 20.17%, and the University District, down 2.67%. Discovery Ridge had the largest increase at 39.14%.
