Northeast Calgary followed with a 7.8% increase to $519,900. The city center saw the smallest rise at 1.1%, with prices at $599,500. The average residential benchmark price in Calgary is up 4% to $592,500. While housing sales remain stable, the inventory is skewed towards higher-priced homes, limiting options for lower-priced buyers.
