June sales decline

Calgary's June sales fell by 13% compared to the previous year, with homes priced above $700,000 showing improvement. Lower-priced homes struggled with supply issues. The sales-to-new-listings ratio remained high at 72% as new listings decreased. Inventory levels improved but are still 40% below long-term averages. Prices increased to $608,000, a 9% rise from last year. Detached home sales fell by 16%, with prices hitting $767,600. Apartment sales dropped by 8%, but prices rose by 17%. Airdrie and Cochrane had stable sales and price growth, while Okotoks saw a sales slowdown.
