Calgary council to make final rezoning amendments and cast vote

City council will finalize changes to a rezoning proposal and vote on it soon. The proposal would change the base zoning designation to allow for higher-density homes. After hearing from 736 speakers, council will introduce amendments and debate before making a decision.
